A meeting on the implementation of projects in logistics sphere was held in the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest

On December 4, a meeting was held in the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest with representatives of companies interested in implementing projects in logistics sphere on the plot No. 5 of FEZ Grodnoinvest sectors 2,3 (Bruzgi district). 

During the meeting company leaders, together with representatives of local authorities, customs and border services, discussed approaches to the integrated implementation of investment projects, including the creation of transport and engineering network, as well as the organization of customs and border control. The meeting resulted in the development of an action plan for the implementation of the project for the short, medium-term periods, including the identification of steps to develop a site master plan.

Three companies have been already participating in the project of multimodal logistics center Grodno as residents of FEZ Grodnoinvest: CIGICOP Logistic Company - Grodno LLC, OT Logistic Bel Ltd., JSC Vilaris. A number of Belarusian and foreign investors also provided information on intentions to register as residents of FEZ.

CIGICOP Logistic Company - Grodno LLC (People's Republic of China) is the first resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest with Chinese capital, established by the construction and investment corporation of Gansu Province. Registered as a resident of FEZ on January 4, 2018.

OT Logistic Bel (Poland) was registered as a resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest on April 10, 2018 with the investment project “Construction of a Logistics Terminal”. The logistics complex will specialize in handling loose goods, bulky cargo and reloading it from the western and eastern standard gauge, depending on the direction of destination.

JSC Vilaris is an enterprise focused on the export of services in the field of transport logistics and provides services for the reloading of diesel fuel, methanol and other liquid cargo from railroad tank cars of broad gauge to narrow gauge tank cars. It was registered as a resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest on June 15, 2018.
