Delegation of FEZ Grodnoinvest takes part in a working visit of the delegation from the Grodno region to Kazakhstan
On March 4-5, 2026, Dmitry Rozhkov, the Head of the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest, together with residents, takes part in a working visit of the delegation from the Grodno region, led by Yury Karaev, the Chairman of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee, to Aktau, Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the visit is deepening and expanding cooperation with the Mangystau region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the visit, an official meeting was held between the Chairman of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee and the Akim of the Mangystau region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The meeting was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as members of the Belarusian delegation, including FEZ resident enterprices Kvinfood Ltd., Novogrudok Gas Equipment Plant JSC, and Mostovdrev JSC.
The parties discussed promising areas for developing cooperation between Grodno and Mangystau regions. Following the meeting, heads of the regions signed a Roadmap for further deepening and expanding cooperation between the Grodno Regional Executive Committee and the Akimat of the Mangystau Region for 2026-2027.

The delegation then familiarized itself with the work of Special Economic Zone Seaport Aktau. During the meeting, Dmitry Rozhkov, the Head of the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest, presented promising areas of cooperation to Kazakh businesses, as well as the investment potential of FEZ Grodnoinvest and the Grodno Industrial Park with its ready-made infrastructure and developed logistics.
Following the meeting and negotiations, the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest signed a cooperation agreement with SEZ Seaport Aktau. The agreement aims to promote the expansion of foreign economic relations between residents of FEZ Grodnoinvest and SEZ Seaport Aktau, and also provides for the implementation of joint initiatives and the organization of bilateral trade and economic events.

In addition to business meetings and the signing of contracts and agreements, the visit program includes visits to large manufacturing, transport and logistics, and other enterprises in the region.
In 2025, the trade turnover of residents of FEZ Grodnoinvest with Kazakhstan amounted to $63.4 million. FEZ residents export fibreboard and chipboard, furniture, plywood, hosiery, gas cylinders, gas meters, canned meat, detergents and cleaning products, and rapeseed meal to Kazakhstan.
