For the first 9 months of 2018, the residents of FEZ Grodnoinvest produced goods for 1.8 billion rubles
In the first nine months of 2018, residents of the free economic zone Grodnoinvest produced products for 1.8 billion Belarusian rubles, or by 49.6% more than in the same period last year. The leaders in growth rates are the food and chemical industries.
In January - September 2018, the production of agriculture (animal feed, nutriment, etc.) and provision increased by 7 times to 365 million rubles, chemical products - by 58% to 200 million rubles, rubber and plastic products - by 36, 5% to 87 million rubles, wood and paper products - by 31% to 497 million rubles, finished metal goods - by 29% to 79 million rubles, and other finished goods (including furniture) - by 23% to 111 million rubles.
More than one third of all manufactured products in FEZ Grodnoinvest accounts for woodworking and furniture industry - 35%. The share of the food industry has increased up to 21%. Next comes the light, chemical and mechanical engineering industries - 14%, 11% and 9%, accordingly.
About 63% of all manufactured products are exported to 78 countries. The main market for Grodno companies remains the Russian Federation, however, as shown by the analysis of residents' export over five years, there is a dynamics of increase in the share of European Union countries and abroad.
