A new production and logistics enterprise will be created in FEZ Grodnoinvest

On November 17, 2022, TERMINAL WEST CJSC was registered as a resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest with the investment project creation of a production and logistics enterprise in FEZ Grodnoinvest. 

Within the framework of the project, an enterprise will be created for transshipment of liquefied hydrocarbon gases from broad gauge railway tank wagons to narrow gauge, as well as from tank wagons to road transport. Additionally, it is possible to provide services for the purification and compounding of liquefied hydrocarbon gases.

The project is planned to be implemented at sites No. 4 (Grodno) and No. 12 (Svisloch district) of FEZ Grodnoinvest. During the implementation of the project, the enterprise will purchase new technological equipment, carry out technical modernization of gas filling stations, and improve infrastructure.

Earlier this year, another logistics company, Unionway Ltd., was registered as a resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest. It is implementing a project for the construction of a container terminal at site No. 12 of FEZ Grodnoinvest in the area of the Svisloch railway freight station.

Logistics is one of the most promising areas for the development of the Grodno region. This is facilitated by a favorable geographical location on the border of the Eurasian Economic Union and the European Union, preferences of FEZ and modern infrastructure.

TERMINAL WEST has become the fifth resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest registered this year. A few days earlier, Krones-Grodno Ltd. joined the ranks of FEZ residents with an investment project to create a diversified production of furniture and wood products.
