The Parliament of Belarus discussed the aspects of improving the investment climate
On November 14, 2018, Parliamentary hearings on the topic “Legal and practical aspects of improving the investment climate in Belarus” took place in the Government House, in which the head of the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest Sergey Tkachenko participated. 
Deputies of the House of Representatives and members of the Council of the Republic, representatives of republican and local governments, international organizations, investors and experts discussed relevant issues of increasing the investment attractiveness of the Republic of Belarus, ways of improving the investment climate, organizing effective interaction between the state, the private sector and international development institutions, the competitiveness of free economic zones.
The Minister of Economy Dmitry Krutoy, the Minister of Finance Maxim Yermolovich, managing partner of Zubr Capital LLC Oleg Khusaenov, director of Stadler Minsk JSC Philip Brunner, Head of the EBRD Office in Belarus Alexander Pivovarsky and others.
Following the meeting, it is planned to develop practical recommendations and proposals for the improvement of legislation in the field of economic activity in order to increase investment activity.
