A meeting on the development of multimodal logistic center in Grodno was held in FEZ Gtrodnoinvest
FEZ Grodnoinvest requested a meeting on the project implementation for the development of multimodal logistic center in Grodno, that was held on June 4th.
The meeting was attended by the leadership of the Baranovichi Branch of the Belarusian Railway, the Grodno Regional Customs and the Grodno Border Group, the engineering and design organizations ATK-Intercom LLC and Lenstroy LLC.
At the meeting, the head of the FEZ administration, Sergey Tkachenko, made a presentation of the development of the FEZ Grodnoinvest sites in Grodno and Svisloch districts, where in 2018 7 logistic companies with capital from Poland, China, Belarus and Russia were registered as residents of FEZ Grodnoinvest.
A concept is of the development of area No. 5 of FEZ Grodnoinvest on the border with the Republic of Poland is currently under development. Technical conditions for the implementation of a large-scale initiative and the implementation of large investment projects in the field of logistics are being worked out.
It is worth noting, that earlier, to discuss promising areas of cooperation in logistics, the administration of the FEZ was visited by the leadership of the German concern PCC, the founder of the enterprise-resident of the FEZ PCC Consumer Products Navigator.
