FEZ Grodnoinvest will present its investment potential at a business forum in Ankara

The Belarusian-Turkish business forum in Ankara (Turkey) will be attended by representatives of the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest on April 16.

The event is held by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the assistance of the Council for Foreign Economic Relations at the Ministry of Economy of Turkey (DEIK) in order to expand contacts of Belarusian and Turkish companies, promote the development of mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation and implement joint projects in various fields.

During the visit, a series of meetings will be held with representatives of the industrial zones OSTIM and IKITELLI, as well as with representatives of the Office for the Support and Development of Small and Medium Industrial Enterprises (KOSGEB).

Negotiations with Turkish partners are planned, including in such promising areas as mechanical engineering, metalworking, petrochemistry, woodworking and furniture production, light industry, construction and construction materials, information and communication technologies, logistics, tourism.

Free Economic Zone Grodnoinvest has been actively cooperating with representatives of the Turkish industry. In 2018, the export of residents increased 5.1 times and amounted to $ 5,352.7 thousand (in 2017 - $ 1 047.3 thousand ), and the trade turnover was 2.6 (10,079.0 thousand US dollars in 2018 and 3,867.5 thousand US dollars in 2017).

Earlier, in March this year, representatives of FEZ Grodnoinvest took part in the contact-cooperation exchange with the heads of the leading enterprises of the Association of Exporters of the Automotive Industry of the Uludag region (Turkey).
