A seminar on working with electronic document management was held in FEZ Grodnoinvest
On March 17, the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest hosted a seminar on working with the information system Data Bank of Electronic Passports of Goods. The event was held within the framework of the exhibition Intellectual Belarus. Regions with the support of the state enterprise Center for Identification Systems and the Grodno Regional Executive Committee.
Dmitry Rozhkov, head of the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest, opened the seminar with a welcoming speech. He noted that the FEZ site has become a sustainable regional platform for holding events aimed at stimulating business activity and applying the most modern business practices.
The seminar was attended by about 20 enterprises of the Grodno region, including residents of FEZ Grodnoinvest. Evgeny Yakushkin, Head of the Department of Electronic Resources of the Scientific and Engineering Republican Unitary Enterprise Intersectoral Scientific and Practical Center for Identification Systems and Electronic Business Transactions of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, acted as an expert.
The participants were provided with information about banks of electronic passports of goods, the system of traceability of goods of the Ministry of Taxation, Electronic Sign, methods of transferring information from AITS to Mercury, etc. Within the framework of the seminar, consultations were held regarding the implementation of legislation on the identification and labeling of goods, according to the use of electronic waybills and waybills and their differentiated accounting.
