The inclusion of the site in the Svisloch district in FEZ Grodnoinvest gave impact to the socio-economic development of the region. State investments in the creation of large infrastructure facilities, including the construction of an electrical substation, have already paid off many times over due to the implementation of new investment projects.

On October 29, the management of the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest held a meeting with the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus Alesya Abramenko during a working visit to the Svisloch region. 
As part of the business trip to Svisloch region, a visit was made to the resident enterprises of FEZ Grodnoinvest: TERMINAL WEST CJSC, Unionway Ltd. and Belakon Timber LLC.

The meeting also summed up the results of the work of FEZ Grodnoinvest in January-September 2024. The main performance indicators of resident enterprises, development prospects and opportunities for implementing new investment projects were discussed. Information on the progress of the project to create the Grodno Industrial Park on Plot No. 4 (Auls district) was separately presented.
