The purpose of the visit is deepening and expanding cooperation with Gansu Province, as well as preparation and organization of the first Belarusian-Chinese Forum in Lanzhou.

As part of the visit, a working meeting was held with the Deputy Governor of Gansu Province, during which the parties discussed promising areas for developing cooperation between the Grodno Region and Gansu Province, as well as opportunities for implementing joint projects.

The head of the administration took part in a round table with business circles from Gansu Province, where he presented the investment potential of FEZ Grodnoinvest and a project to create the Grodno Industrial Park with existing infrastructure and advanced logistics. Negotiations also were held with Chinese companies on the implementation of investment projects in FEZ Grodnoinvest and the development of trade and industrial cooperation with FEZ residents.

As part of the working visit, the International Land Port of Gansu (Lanzhou), one of the region's key logistics hubs, was visited. During the negotiations with the port management, opportunities for developing multimodal transportation and increasing container cargo flows between China and Belarus were discussed, including by leveraging the potential of FEZ Grodnoinvest.
