Residents of the Grodnoinvest FEZ created over 300 new jobs in 2024
In 2024, residents of the Grodnoinvest FEZ hired 308 people for additional jobs, of which 148 people were employed by enterprises in Grodno. The average headcount was 18.4 thousand people.
The largest average headcount was at enterprises in Grodno (8.8 thousand people) and the Smorgon district (2.1 thousand people). Among the industries, the largest number of people are employed in the production of wood and paper products (3.4 thousand people), as well as in the light industry (3.1 thousand people).
In 2024, the average monthly salary of employees of resident enterprises of the Grodnoinvest FEZ increased by 19%. The largest increase was achieved at enterprises in the logistics sector (69% compared to the 2023 level), construction (29%) and the production of computing, electronic and optical equipment (26%).
In terms of industries, the highest average monthly wages were earned by workers in the logistics sector (3.4 thousand rubles), the agricultural sector (2.9 thousand rubles) and in the production of finished metal products (2.7 thousand rubles), and by the districts where the enterprises are located - by workers of the residents of the Grodnoinvest FEZ located in the Grodno (3.5 thousand rubles), Svisloch (3.2 thousand rubles) and Smorgon (2.7 thousand rubles) districts.
