FEZ residents received additional preferences for the export of goods from the free customs zone
The possibility of exporting goods without completing the FCZ procedure is enshrined in Resolution No. 406 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus “On Measures for Implementing the Treaty on the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union”.
The Resolution establishes the procedure for FEZ residents to obtain permission from the customs authority to export goods placed under the customs procedure of FCZ outside FEZ territory without completing the customs procedure of the free customs zone (FCZ).
The application of the norms of the Resolution No. 406 in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 205 of the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union is permitted in cases of equipment export for repair and maintenance, export of goods for technical testing, research, testing, calibration, own production and technological needs, processing.
