A meeting of the public advisory council was held at FEZ Grodnoinvest
On 15 September 2026, a meeting of the public advisory (expert) council under the Grodno Regional Customs was held at the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest.
Deputy Head of the Administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest Olga Sventitskaya addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. She noted the importance of open and constructive dialogue between government bodies and the business community, emphasizing that direct interaction allows for prompt discussion of current issues of foreign economic activity and finding practical solutions taking into account the interests of enterprises.
The participants of the meeting reviewed the main violations detected as a result of customs control after the release of goods, and discussed the procedure for confirmation by the customs authorities of the EAEU member states of the actual export of goods from the customs territory of the EAEU.
A separate block of issues was devoted to the law enforcement activities of the Grodno Regional Customs, including the most common administrative offences committed by business entities, as well as measures to prevent them.
Within the framework of the meeting, a Q&A session was held, during which residents of FEZ Grodnoinvest had the opportunity to directly address representatives of the customs authorities with their questions, express proposals and receive clarifications on issues of foreign economic activity and compliance with customs legislation requirements.
