The resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest Bigan CJSC became the holder of the certificate "Halal"
On February 14, 2019, the resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest Bigan CJSC received a Halal certificate for the entire Big-3 range of sausage casings. The certificate was issued by the certification center of BelKhalal LLC on the basis of the results of an expert inspection of production.
For reference: Halal (from the Arabic al-halal) - allowed for Muslims to eat and use, including for food.
The release of food products with the Halal certificate will allow the company Bigan to increase the sales of the shell by searching for new partners in the Gulf countries.
Currently, the production of goods according to the requirements of "Halal" is given special attention around the world. The global market for Halal products is growing quite fast (turnover increased from $ 700 billion in 2009 to $ 1.2 trillion by the beginning of 2017). More than 120 bodies of voluntary certification "Halal" work around the globe.
In one country, there may be several officially authorized bodies issuing the Halal certificate, and, as a rule, those that work under the Spiritual Administration of Muslims are considered the most competent.
