Resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest became a finalist of the republican competition of innovative projects
Barinpack Ltd., a resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest, was awarded a diploma of the finalist of the republican competition of innovative projects for organizing innovative production of boxes from fibreboard (HDF) in the design of the customer for the transportation, storage and sale of berries, fruits and vegetables. 
In 2022, the 13th republican competition of innovative projects was held. The task of the organizers, including the State Committee for Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, the National Academy of Sciences, the Belarusian Innovation Fund, is to intensify and stimulate innovation, assist in the implementation and commercialization of R&D.
An enterprise with Russian capital Barinpack Ltd. was registered as a resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest in June of the outgoing year with a project to organize the production of packaging at site No. 2 Sector 1 (Novaya Gozha district) in the Grodno region. The company is implementing the project in cooperation with the current residents of FEZ - members of the furniture cluster in the Grodno region.
A number of enterprises producing woodworking products with high added value successfully operate in FEZ Grodnoinvest. The Grodno company EUEcoPack launched the production of a wide range of paper disposable packaging and tableware, and the Slonim enterprises Aquapack Industrial and Albertin Plant successfully produce paper, packaging and boxes from corrugated cardboard.
The unique business climate of the Grodno region contributes to the creation of innovative industries. The region has repeatedly been recognized as a leader in doing business, developing the industrial and agro-industrial sectors. Important factors in the implementation of investment projects at the industrial sites of FEZ are a special legal regime, modern infrastructure and high human resources. Only in 2022, 5 new enterprises in the field of woodworking, logistics and chemical industry were registered as residents of FEZ Grodnoinvest.
