FEZ resident GP KONUS won the business award "Leader of the Year-2019"
On December 11, 2019, the presentation ceremony of International Business Award "Leader of the Year-2019" was held in Minsk. In 2019, the Leader of the Year Award acquired an international format. 54 companies from Belarus, near and far abroad became winners of the Prize.
According to the decision of the Expert Council, FEZ Grodnoinvest resident KP Konus RUP NAN of Belarus on Agricultural Mechanization was awarded with a diploma of the International Business Award "Leader of the Year-2019" for the application of science-based production and the intensive economic development of the enterprise in the nomination "Providing services for the protection of metal products from corrosion by hot dip galvanizing". For high professional skills and effective results, the director of the enterprise Andrey Zhamoida became a laureate of the award.
It should be noted that this is not the first award of hot-dip galvanizing plant Konus in 2019. A month earlier, Andrey Zhamoida became the winner of another prestigious national award "Leader of the Year 2019. The Elite of the National Economy" for his personal contribution to the overall success of the enterprise. Also, the state-owned enterprise Konus became the laureate of the International Recognition Award, the award ceremony of which was held on December 12, 2019, in Moscow as part of the International Entrepreneurs Summit 2019, dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the Eurasian Economic Union.
GP Konus is a modern production enterprise for the protection of large-sized metal structures using method of hot dip galvanizing. As a resident of the FEZ “Grodnoinvest” it was registered in 2011. The company offers hot-dip galvanizing of metal products for customers from Belarus, Russia and CIS countries, other neighboring countries. It performs service of galvanizing large and long structures, road bumpers, lighting masts, cable support systems, sheet thin metal products, etc. It also carries out finishings on products before galvanizing, packaging of galvanized products, delivery by own transport. In 2019, an international scientific and practical conference on the prospects for the development of hot galvanizing in the Republic of Belarus was held at the enterprise.
