Separately, I want to present a new unique infrastructure project to create an industrial park with a special legal regime. It is planned to place production facilities, a business center with exhibition halls and service facilities for subsequent lease or sale on the territory of the park.

The potential of Grodno region and FEZ Grodnoinvest presented at the Eurasian Business Forum in Dubai
The management of FEZ Grodnoinvest took part in the Eurasian Business Forum - Belarus in the Spotlight, which was held on November 9, 2022 in Dubai. As part of the event, the UAE business circles were presented with the investment potential of Grodnoinvest free economic zone, and for the first time an ambitious project to create an industrial park Grodno was demonstrated. 
The forum was held under the auspices of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the UAE, co-organized by the Minsk branch of the BelCCI, NAIP, business platform EURASIA GULF. The visit of FEZ delegation to the UAE became one of the stages in the implementation of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest and EURASIA GULF. During the visit, a visit was made to the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, negotiations were held on the implementation of joint projects, taking into account the preferences of the FEZ.
The head of the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest Dmitry Rozhkov made a presentation of the investment and trade and economic potential of the Grodno region and FEZ Grodnoinvest for the business of the UAE. Potential partners from the Gulf countries were presented with opportunities to invest in FEZ, to cooperate with existing residents and other companies in the region.
At the moment, the company Vilaris operates as a resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest with investments from the UAE. The company is implementing a project to develop a transport and logistics terminal in the Grodno region on the border with the Republic of Poland.
