About 500 million rubles were invested by residents of FEZ Grodnoinvest in fixed assets in 2025

In 2025, residents of FEZ Grodnoinvest invested 497.5 million rubles in fixed assets. This represents a 2.4-fold increase in comparable prices. Over 80% of this investment was made by enterprises without departmental subordination.

In the technological structure of fixed capital investment in 2025, the share of construction and installation work costs was 35.3%, while the share of machinery and equipment acquisition costs was 60.3% of total investment. In the structure of fixed capital investment sources, the share of foreign investment increased to 39.2%.

In the regional distribution of investments in fixed capital, the largest volume of investments was made by residents located in the city of Grodno, Smorgon, Slonim and Svisloch districts.
