The Polish company DND and Polish representatives of IKEA Purchasing Services visited FEZ Grodnoinvest
DND management and IKEA representatives visited FEZ Grodnoinvest on September 11. The purpose of the meeting was to study the investment and industrial potential of FEZ and discuss the implementation of the investment project for the production of products for IKEA company stores.
The guests examined the investment plots in Grodno, held negotiations with the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest and got acquainted with the preferences for the implementation of the project in Grodno region. The meeting was attended by the management of the enterprise Filter UE BelTIZ, located on the territory of FEZ. The forum of Ikea suppliers is planned to be held by the end of the year on the basis of FEZ Grodnoinvest administration.
This is not the first visit of IKEA regional representatives and partners to Grodnoinvest Free Economic Zone. IKEA project managers noted the favorable location of Grodno region and the serious industrial base of FEZ.
Earlier IKEA partner GABI-BEL LLC registered as a resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest with an investment project for the construction of a furniture factory.
