He was distinguished by his outstanding intelligence, sensitivity and attention to everyone, the ability to find the right words and offer solutions in the most difficult situations.
Strategic thinking, individual approach and inexhaustible energy of Sergei Valentinovich moved us forward. During the years of his leadership, more than 100 kilometers of roads, engineering networks and communications were built in the FEZ Grodnoinvest, over $1.8 billion in investments were attracted in the construction of modern production facilities, which became the driver of economic growth in the Grodno region.
