The new resident will create a company for the production of modern bicycle equipment in FEZ Grodnoinvest
On September 5, 2025, Maxter Bicycles Ltd. was registered as a resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest with an investment project to establish a facility of manufacturing modern bicycle equipment in FEZ Grodnoinvest.
The investment project envisions the production of a wide range of bicycles for the mass market segment on Site No. 1, sector 1 (Grandichi district) in Grodno of FEZ Grodnoinvest. The production capacities will be located on areas leased from Radiovolna JSC, which is also a resident of the Grodnoinvest FEZ. To organize the production process, it is planned to acquire high-performance technological equipment.
The total volume of investments for the implementation of project will be about 3 million euros.
Maxter Bicycles Ltd. will produce bicycle equipment for the mass consumer looking for a reliable and modern bicycle at a reasonable price. The model range will include at least 15 models: city and trekking bikes, entry-level mountain bikes (MTB), hybrid (universal city/suburban) bikes, and models for teenagers and young adults. In the future, it is planned to master the production of electric powered city bicycles.
All bicycles will be manufactured using innovative components that provide a balance of strength, reliability, and cost. A unified design with variations in configurations (wheels, attachments, and transmission) is planned.
All of the company's products will be import-substituting. The company will also adhere to a strategy of export development and the exploration of new markets. In the medium term, Maxter Bicycles Ltd. products will be primarily exported.
