The new resident will create a company for the production of decorative metal structures
On November 10, 2025, GroViAr Ltd. was registered as a resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest, with an investment project to create a production of decorative metal structures in FEZ Grodnoinvest.
The investment project involves creating a production and warehouse complex for the production of a wide range of decorative metal products on plot No. 1, sector 1 (Grandichi district) of FEZ Grodnoinvest in Grodno. The project's implementation will create about 14 new work places, and the products will be exported to the Russian Federation and other neighboring countries.
The main products will be multi-profile metal structures that can be used in industrial facilities and private housing construction. Finished products will be supplied in kits for self-assembly.
To organize the production process, it is planned to acquire modern technological equipment, sheet rolling and forming machines, cutting machines, and powder coating booths. Advantages include the use of high-quality steel, which is galvanized at the factory, and a 10-year corrosion protection warranty.
