New resident will build a multifunctional hotel complex on the territory of the Park Augustow Canal
On November 18, 2024, the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest registered LagoBel LLC as a resident of the special tourist and recreational Park Augustow Canal with an investment project to build a multifunctional hotel complex. 
According to the project it is planned to build a two-storey hotel complex with 30 rooms, a catering facility with a capacity of about 50 seats, as well as a golf course and other tourist infrastructure facilities on the territory of the Park Augustow Canal.
The project will be implemented on site No. 10, sector 1, in the Dombrovka-Chertok area of the special tourist and recreational Park Augustow Canal. The new investment project will further increase the volume of tourist services provided in the Grodno region and the Park Augustow Canal, offer new tourist products and alternative routes for tourists arriving in the region.
The Park Augustow Canal was created in 2011 to implement investment projects in the field of tourism and recreation. The park is placed on a unique natural area of over 5.7 thousand hectares and has a special legal regime, including tax, customs and other preferences.
