The new resident will create a glamping center on the territory of the Augustow Canal Park

On June 19, 2024, the administration of the FEZ "Grodnoinvest" registered the limited liability company "NomadHouse Grodno" as a resident of the special tourist and recreational park "Augustovsky Canal" with an investment project to create a tourist glamping center on the territory of the park "Augustovsky Canal" near the village of Peschany.

The word “glamping” comes from the phrase glamorous camping - this is outdoor recreation with all the amenities and full hotel services. Glamping should be mobile and fit organically into the environment without harming it.

The project provides for the construction of modern 2- and 4-bed houses on the site, which will be “built” into the natural landscape. The houses will provide all conveniences for year-round accommodation of tourists. Additional services will be available to guests of the center: visiting a sauna on the shore of the lake, riding on a lake or canal on SUP boards, bicycle tours, kayaking on local rivers and the canal. There will also be paid fishing on the lake. 

The provision of services is planned to begin in 2025. 

The Augustovsky Canal Park was created in 2011 to implement investment projects in the field of tourism and recreation and includes a unique natural area of over 5.7 thousand hectares. The park has a visa-free regime for up to 15 days for residents of 73 countries and special legal regime, including tax, customs and other preferences. 

The administration of the FEZ "Grodnoinvest" will provide the necessary support in choosing an investment site and implementing the project on the territory of the Augustow Canal Park. Our contacts:
