A new resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest will create a diversified production of soft furniture in Grodno
On November 14, 2022, Krones-Grodno Ltd. was registered as a resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest with an investment project to create a diversified production of furniture and wood products. The implementation of the project is envisaged at the industrial site of FEZ Grodnoinvest in Grodno (site No. 1 Sector 1, Grandichi district). 
As part of the investment project, a new complex will be built, including production, storage and administrative premises, and modern technological equipment will be purchased. The implementation of the project will create about 30 new work places, expand the range of products and increase export volumes, increase deductions to the budget and extra-budgetary funds.
The project will be implemented within the framework of the effectively operating furniture cluster of FEZ Grodnoinvest in the Grodno region, in which more than 20 residents of FEZ of various production lines take part. Cooperation will make it possible to create a product with a high added value, to concentrate the resource potential within the region, and to increase the profitability of manufactured products. Earlier this year, a new FEZ resident Barinpack Ltd. announced the implementation of the project within the framework of the furniture cluster with an investment project to organize the production of packaging.
Since the beginning of the year, 4 companies have been registered as residents of FEZ Grodnoinvest, including Unionway Ltd. with a project to build a container terminal in the Svisloch district and VIMZOVPLAST Ltd. with a project to create a production facility from synthetic polymers and quartz agglomerate in Grodno.
