A new resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest is implementing an import-substitution project in Grodno
VIMZOVPLAST Ltd. was registered as a resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest with a project to create a diversified production of products from synthetic polymers and quartz agglomerate in Grodno. 
The business plan involves the creation of a modern enterprise with high-tech equipment for injection molding, the formation of a wide range of products from synthetic polymers and quartz agglomerate, as well as the launch of the production of import substituting products - synthetic polymer granulate.
Most of the products will be sold under the special legal regime of FEZ through the development of cooperation relations with residents of FEZ of Belarus, as well as for export to the Russian Federation. The investor plans to start production in the fourth quarter of 2022. The total investment costs of the project will exceed one million euros. For the entire period of the project, it is planned to create 30 new work places.
VIMZOVPLAST Ltd. has become the third resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest since the beginning of this year. Previously, a company with Russian capital Barinpack Ltd. was registered with a project to organize the production of ecological packaging in the Grodno region, as well as Unionway Ltd. with a project to build a container terminal in the Svisloch region.
