The new resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest will expand the production of construction and agrotechnical tools
On November 27, 2023, KOM-UNION Ltd. was registered as a resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest with a project to expand the production of tools for the construction and agrotechnical sectors. 
The main idea of the investment project involves the organization of a modern production of tools for use in the agrotechnical and construction industries on site No. 2, Sector 1 (Novaya Gozha district) of FEZ Grodnoinvest in the Grodno region.
As part of the implementation of the investment project, it is planned to reconstruct the existing production, build administrative and storage facilities, as well as modernize and purchase additional equipment to expand the range of products.
The goods planned for release will be import-substituting in nature and will allow for a systematic reduction in imports of similar products to the Republic of Belarus. The project also has an export focus. It is planned to supply finished products to the markets of the EAEU and EU countries. It is planned to create 15 new work places during the project implementation period.
The strategy of KOM-UNION is a constant analysis of the list of tools used in the construction, agrotechnical and related industries, identification of new types of products, their development and promotion to the market.
KOM-UNION became the 6th new resident enterprise of FEZ Grodnoinvest in 2023. Earlier this year, WestTransGranitsa LLC, Novogrudok Construction and Erection Department JSC, BelTAPAZ Grodno Lathe Chuck Plant JSC, LuckyPet Ltd. and ERNEX Adaptive Technologies CJSC were registered with their investment projects.
