On February 15, 2023, WestTransGranitsa LLC was registered as a resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest with the project on Completion of the construction of a structure that was not completed, located at the address Grodno region, Grodno district, in the area of the agricultural town of Obukhovo, with its partial demolition and construction of a logistics center. 
The company will build an international logistics hub with wholesale and retail facilities for a wide range of goods. For the implementation of a large-scale project, the investment site of FEZ Grodnoinvest near Grodno Airport was chosen, where the investor has already bought the unfinished air terminal building.
The construction of the complex will make it possible to use the logistics potential of the Grodno region, attract investments in the creation of a multimodal center that has no analogues in the region, involve the unfinished air terminal building in economic activity, attract tourists and foreign trade companies, thereby stimulating local entrepreneurial activity and trade turnover.
WestTransGranitsa became the seventh resident of FEZ Grodnoinvest in the field of logistics, which is the largest number among FEZ of the republic. Logistics is one of the specializations of FEZ in the Grodno region, along with woodworking, the production of chemical products, mechanical engineering and metalworking. In 2022, TERMINAL WEST and Unionway announced the creation of production and logistics enterprises. The companies implement investment projects at the industrial sites of FEZ Grodnoinvest in Grodno and Svisloch. In addition, last year between the administration of FEZ and the Arab company BRIKOIL TRANS-F.Z.E. a Memorandum of Intent was signed to develop an existing transport and logistics terminal in the Grodno region.
