In 2023, we began a comprehensive analysis of the activities of FEZ Grodnoinvest for commitment to the principles of sustainable development, environmental, social and governance responsibility. As a result of the analysis, we became the first non-financial organization in Belarus to be assigned an ESG rating.

The first International Forum of Special Economic Zones in Lipetsk was held with the participation of FEZ Grodnoinvest
On September 29, 2023, Deputy Head of the Administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest Ruslan Kizelevich took part in a panel session of the International Forum of Special Economic Zones, during which he spoke about the experience of implementing ESG principles in the work of the FEZ.
The forum takes place from September 28 to 30, 2023 in Lipetsk, Russian Federation. The event is attended by over 200 representatives of business, associations, and development institutions from around the world, including Russia, Belarus, Iran, Uzbekistan, the UAE and Tajikistan.
On the first day of the forum, business meetings and a plenary session took place. The second day of the forum is dedicated to the topics of sustainable development and carbon neutrality of special economic zones. During the panel session, Ruslan Kizelevich spoke about the achievements of FEZ in the environmental, social and governance aspects of ESG policy, and the experience of obtaining an ESG rating. As part of the presentation, a unique project for the creation of the Grodno industrial park was presented.
In his speech, Ruslan Kizelevich emphasized the investment potential of FEZ Grodnoinvest and the region’s opportunities for investors.
