The International Forum of Special Economic Zones-2024 was held with the participation of FEZ Grodnoinvest
On October 3-4, 2024, a representative of the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest took part in the second international forum of special economic zones in Dubna, Russian Federation. The event was organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the Association of Clusters, Technology Parks and SEZs of Russia, the Government of the Moscow Region, and SEZ Dubna. 
The event attended more than 500 guests – the management of special and free economic zones, representatives of business, government, development institutions, financial organizations from 15 countries including the BRICS countries, the Republic of Belarus, Iran, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and the UAE.
The forum participants discussed the most pressing issues of legal regulation of the activities of FEZ and SEZ, problems of sustainable development, approaches to the implementation of ESG standards and the creation of a favorable investment climate for SEZ. Special attention during the panel discussions was paid to the development of SEZs of the tourism and recreational type and a comparative analysis of the best practices and experience in managing free economic zones and industrial sites in other countries. 
During the event, a representative of the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest took part in the round table Russia-Belarus, during which he presented the industrial and economic potential of FEZ, as well as the special tourist and recreational park Augustow Canal, discussed promising areas of cooperation, and held negotiations with representatives of a number of Russian special economic zones and enterprises.
