The conference On the Way to a Sustainable Future: ESG Challenge was held with the participation of FEZ Grodnoinvest
The administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest took part in the conference On the Way to a Sustainable Future: ESG Challenge, which took place on November 22, 2023 in Minsk. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus organized the event. 
During the event, the practices of using ESG factors in the activities of Belarusian companies were presented, the international experience of implementing ESG was discussed, as well as the future regulation of the ESG agenda in the Republic of Belarus.
Panel discussions were held on opportunities for Belarusian business related to the use of the principles of sustainable development and ESG factors in their activities, prospects for regulating issues of sustainable development and ESG in the Republic of Belarus, as well as the development of ESG in the real sector of the Republic of Belarus.
It should be noted that on August 11, 2023, the free economic zone Grodnoinvest was the first among non-financial organizations of the Republic of Belarus to receive an ESG rating. Based on the results of the analysis, FEZ Grodnoinvest was assigned a rating of A.esg (stable outlook), which indicates a high level of commitment to the principles of sustainable development when making key management decisions in the environmental, social and corporate spheres.
This month, FEZ Grodnoinvest entered the top ESG ranking of Belarusian companies, becoming the best among non-financial organizations in terms of environmental, social and governance factors of activity.
