Industrial sites: Plot No. 12 (Svisloch)
We present plot No. 12 in Svisloch. Thanks to its geographical location on the border with the Republic of Poland, near the Berestovitsa border crossing point, plot No. 12 is a unique platform for implementing investment projects in logistics and other industrial sectors.
A new substation Dubrova with a capacity over 60 MW was built and successfully launched at plot No. 12 of FEZ Grodnoinvest in Svisloch district. In addition to the substation itself, over 90 km of power transmission lines were built and reconstructed. The project was implemented by RUE Grodnoenergo together with RUE Belenergosetproekt with the assistance of the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest at the expense of the republican budget. Also, the reconstruction of the local road H6408 Svisloch- Kobylniki 1.9 km long was held at the expense of the Republican Road Fund and at the local expense.
New infrastructure made it possible to improve the transport logistics quality, the investment attractiveness of the plot No. 12 of FEZ Grodnoinvest and ensure the development of existing and prospective projects, including energy-intensive ones.
Today, the plot is provided with all the necessary transport and engineering infrastructure. It is possible to connect to the power supply, water supply, gas supply, sewerage and heating networks. Access to the plot is provided by the road with asphalt concrete pavement. The R47 road of republican importance runs through the plot, and the R134 road is located nearby. The plot also has a railway with a rail gauge width of 1520 mm and 1435 mm.

Today, resident enterprises of FEZ Grodnoinvest located within the boundaries of plot No. 12 (Svisloch) have invested about $115 million in the creation and development of production.

Manufacturer of woodworking products
Belacon Timber LLC is implementing an investment project on the construction of the Woodworking Plant Svisloch. The project includes the creation of a production site for wood processing. The production complex includes a high-performance sawmill for round softwood, drying chambers, equipment for further processing of sawn timber.
Logistics
Ultralogistics BY LLC is implementing the project on the development of a transport and logistics center, focused on the servicing of railway freight traffic, and providing services for transshipment from 1.520 gauge to 1.435 mm gauge, storage of chiped wood and timber in open areas, warehousing (packaging) of goods, etc. The company is part of furniture cluster of FEZ Grodnoinvest, which includes Ultradecor LLC, Ultradecor NT LLC, Ultra Ply Ltd., Szynaka Meble Bel LLC, Ultradecor Properties LLC and a number of other enterprises.
Unionway LLC is implementing the investment project on the construction and operating of a container terminal, mainly of railway specialization, on site No. 12 of FEZ Grodnoinvest near the Svisloch railway freight station.
TERMINAL WEST CJSC is implementing investment project on the creation of a production and logistics enterprise in FEZ Grodnoinvest. As part of the investment project, an enterprise will be created for transshipment of liquefied hydrocarbon gases from broad gauge railway tank wagons to narrow gauge, as well as from tank wagons to road transport. Additionally, it will be possible to provide services for the purification and compounding of liquefied hydrocarbon gases.
There is a special legal regime for investors in FEZ Grodnoinvest. It includes tax, customs and other preferences. Investors are exempt from paying income tax, real estate tax, rent for land plots that are provided without an auction, customs duties, VAT, etc.
