The total area within the new boundaries amounts 4156.62 hectares. The Decree corrected the borders of FEZ Grodnoinvest plots in Grodno, Svisloch, Smorgon districts, as well as in the cities of Lida, Novogrudok, Smorgon, Slonim and Grodno. Currently, the territory of FEZ Grodnoinvest consists of 12 plots, 26 sectors and includes the lands of Grodno, Lida, Mosty, Novogrudok, Slonim, Shchuchin, Smorgon and Svisloch. The last time the territory of FEZ was changed was in 2018. Then, for the first time, the territories of Svisloch (plot No. 12) were included in its borders, industrial parks in Smorgon and the Grodno region were expanded (plot No. 2 and No. 11).
The conditions created for business development have made it possible to attract more than $1.0 billion of foreign investment since 2018. The effectiveness of FEZ Grodnoinvest is also indicated by the fact that about 65 units of private investment were attracted per unit of state investment costs.
