The delegation of Smolensk district visited FEZ Grodnoinvest
On February 11, 2026, a business meeting with a delegation from the Smolensk Region of the Russian Federation, led by Alexey Streltsov, Deputy Chairman of the Smolensk Region Government, was held at FEZ Grodnoinvest business center. The meeting resulted in the signing of a cooperation agreement between the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest and the Investment Development Corporation of the Smolensk Region.
As part of the meeting, the head of the administration, Dmitry Rozhkov, presented the trade and economic potential and investment opportunities of FEZ Grodnoinvest for Russian business. The project to create the Grodno Industrial Park was also represented separately.
The event was organized by the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest jointly with the Grodno branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The meeting was attended by representatives of FEZ Grodnoinvest resident enterprises: PCC Consumer Products Navigator Ltd., Belagroterminal Ltd., and BelTAPAZ Grodno Lathe Chuck Plant JSC.
The Russian side discussed promising areas of cooperation with the management of FEZ Grodnoinvest resident enterprises, assessed opportunities for industrial cooperation in various manufacturing sectors, and expressed interest in supplying Belarusian products to the Russian market.
During the visit, delegation from Smolensk Region visited trade and exhibition center ZOV and Investment Site No. 4 (Auls District), where they familiarized themselves with the construction of the Grodno Industrial Park.
The Russian Federation is one of the key partners of FEZ Grodnoinvest. In 2025, the trade turnover between FEZ residents and the Smolensk Region of the Russian Federation amounted to over $16 million, of which over $10 million was exports of Belarusian goods.
The administration of the Grodnoinvest FEZ is actively developing cooperation with businesses in the Russian Federation. Previously, a delegation from the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest and resident enterprises took part in the 36th International Exhibition Furniture, Fittings and Upholstery Materials in Moscow.
