Delegation of FEZ Grodnoinvest takes part in the III Eurasian Economic Forum
From September 30 to October 1, 2024, the management of FEZ Grodnoinvest administration takes part in the 3rd Eurasian Economic Forum in Yerevan (Republic of Armenia). This year, the forum is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union, in connection with which the main theme of the event will be – 10 years of the EAEU: Prospects and Priorities.
The Forum's business program includes the most pressing and in-demand issues of integration processes in the EAEU, including industrial cooperation, the formation of a single market, and the digital transformation of trade. The Forum also includes a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council with the participation of the heads of government of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The Head of Administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest Mr. Dmitry Rozhkov spoke at the round table on the topic Business Dialogue EAEU-Iran on Instruments for Promoting Trade and Investments. In his speech, the head of administration spoke about the prospects for expanding international trade and production cooperation of FEZ residents with partners from the EAEU and the positive impact of territories with special economic conditions on regional development.
Deputy Head of Administration Mr. Ruslan Kizelevich, during the round table on the topic Industrial Cooperation in the EAEU: Business Ideas and Support Mechanisms, made a report on the investment, trade and industrial potential of FEZ Grodnoinvest, presented examples of successful implementation of investment projects by FEZ residents, and outlined potential areas for developing cooperation with business circles and business development institutions from the EAEU countries.
During negotiations with representatives of the business community, heads and representatives of government bodies, and institutions supporting entrepreneurship from the EAEU countries, the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest presented proposals for the development of industrial cooperation, the construction of unified production chains, the attraction of mutual investments, and the organization of import-substituting production in cooperation with partners from the EAEU.
