The delegation of Grodno region took part in the V Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia
On October 10 - 12, Mogilev welcomed the guests of the 5th Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia, including representatives of Grodno region. The collective exposition presented the products of the leading enterprises of the region, a presentation of the investment opportunities of the free economic zone Grodnoinvest and tourist potential of the special tourist and recreational park Augustow.
Grodno business representatives are actively working with partners from the Russian Federation. The turnover of residents of FEZ Grodnoinvest with the Russian Federation in 2017 amounted to $ 452 million, an increase of 26% by 2016. Out of which, 331 million dollars - export, that grew by 24% over the same period.
The residents of FEZ supply a wide range of goods to Russia: from food products to polyesters, from clothes to synthetic yarn, from furniture to automotive components and harnesses.
Over the period of FEZ functioning, Russian investors put over $ 150 million in the implementation of investment projects or a quarter of the total attracted foreign investments in FEZ Grodnoinvest.
