The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the People's Republic of China on mutual visa-free regime for holders of regular passports, signed in Qingdao on June 10, 2018, comes into effect on August 10th, 2018.
Visa-free regime with the People's Republic of China will start operating from August 10th
Since August 10, citizens of the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Belarus with regular passports will be able to stay, leave or transit without visa for a period of max 30 days. At the same time there is a limit of 90 days per year.

This agreement can give a new impulse to the development of relations between two countries, not only in tourism, but also in investment, trade and economic spheres. This year FEZ Grodnoinvest registered the first Chinese company - CIGICOP Logistic Company - Grodno with the project of logistics center development on the border with the Republic of Poland to operate commodity flows within the framework of One Belt – One Way project.
In July, within the framework of the visit of Grodno region delegation to Gansu province, an agreement was reached on working out joint projects with the Chinese side in the investment sphere, further steps were discussed on cooperation with the Departments of Commerce and Provision of Gansu Province.
