The Belarusian-Czech business forum was held in the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest
On May 23rd, 2018, the Belarusian-Czech business forum was held at the premises of FEZ Grodnoinvest. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the CIS countries and Grodno branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry were the co-organizers of the event.
The Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Mr. Eduard Murzhicki took the lead of the Chech delegation.. The Deputy Chairman of Grodno regional executive committee Elena Bubenchik, the Head of the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest Sergei Tkachenko, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in the Czech Republic Valery Kurdyukov, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic in the Republic of Belarus Milan Eckert, the Chairman of the Board of Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the CIS countries Frantisek Masopust also participated in the forum.
Bilateral negotiations took place within the framework of the forum, in which around 30 companies from various sectors of economy participated. FEZ residents Belcard, Typhoon, Novogrudok Gas Equipment Plant, Groniteks presented their industrial potential.
Czech partners have announced such promising areas of cooperation as production cooperation, considering cluster development, as well as the implementation of joint projects within the furniture cluster, development of Czech industrial park in engineering and agricultural machinery spheres based on free premises within the boundaries of FEZ, etc.
