Administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest invested over 3.5 million rubles in the construction of a road
The Year of Improvement started with the implementation of the infrastructure project by the administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest on the extension of the road along Gaspadarchaya Street to Dubko Street in plot No. 1 sector 1 (Grandichi district). The volume of investments under the project exceeded 3.5 millon rubles. 
On January 17, 2025, the road section along Gaspadarchaya St. to Dubko St. was put into operation. The length of the road section was 390 meters. The new road connected the plot No. 1 sector 1 of FEZ Grodnoinvest with the inner-city ring road, which will reduce traffic on the neighboring Gorkogo and Dzerzhynskogo Streets.
Both sides of the road are equipped with 2.25 meters wide sidewalks, pedestrian paths with tactile tiles, water drainage, outdoor lighting facilities and benches. The project includes parking lots along Gaspadarchaya St. for 23 and 15 cars places, as well as a bus stop.
The administration of FEZ Grodnoinvest actively implements infrastructure projects at its sites. Thus, in 2022, an infrastructure project for the construction of a road on the plot No. 2, sector 1 of FEZ (Novaya Gozha district) with access to the P-42 highway was implemented.
