147 million rubles were invested by residents of FEZ Grodnoinvest in fixed assets in the first half of 2021
In January-June of this year, residents of FEZ Grodnoinvest invested 147 million rubles in fixed assets, which is 1.5 times more than in the same period last year. Most of the funds (60%) were directed to the purchase of modern equipment, machinery and transport. Earlier, we wrote about the results of the export of products of residents for the first half of the year.
Since the beginning of the activity of FEZ Grodnoinvest, the residents have attracted $1.8 billion of foreign investments, taking into account credit lines to finance projects, which is the best indicator among the FEZ of the republic.
The construction of new export-oriented production facilities of HS Belacon, Smorgon Experimental Forestry, Grodno Glassworks. Mostovdrev, Slonim worsted and spinning factory, Belcard and others are being modernized, the infrastructure of Belagroterminal, Slonim worsted and spinning factory and others are being built. The administration of FEZ is implementing large-scale infrastructure projects at industrial sites in Smorgon and Grodno.
In total, the investment program of FEZ Grodnoinvest for 2021 includes 43 projects implemented by residents of the FEZ. In the near future, projects of new residents of the FEZ will be added to them. It is planned to build enterprises for the innovative production of products from synthetic polymers, the production of steel pipes and profiles, and the production of metal structures.
